Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Drive Time: Approx. 4–5 hours

Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive south toward Amboseli National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro (on clear days). Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. Enjoy your first afternoon game drive, spotting elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and a variety of birdlife across the open plains and marshes.

Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli – Elephant Paradise

Spend the day exploring Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. The park offers fantastic photographic opportunities, especially of elephants against the backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain. Visit Observation Hill for panoramic views of the park or opt to relax at the lodge between game drives.

Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha

Drive Time: Approx. 5–6 hours

After breakfast, drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with optional activities such as a boat ride on the lake or a walking safari on Crescent Island (extra cost). Watch hippos and birds as the sun sets over the lake.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Drive Time: Approx. 5–6 hours

Depart after breakfast for the legendary Maasai Mara, Kenya’s top safari destination. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp/lodge. In the afternoon, set out for your first game drive in the Mara, home to the Big Five and host of the Great Wildebeest Migration (seasonal). Capture the golden hour light before returning for dinner.

Day 5: Full Day in Maasai Mara – The Safari Dream

Enjoy a picnic lunch near the Mara River or a scenic spot in the reserve. You can also choose to visit a Maasai village or book a sunrise hot air balloon safari (optional).

Day 6: Maasai Mara – Nairobi
